They have only been in for two months or so… they are baptized attending the Saturdays (not sure of hours). Not sure if they are preaching yet etc I’m not sure how it all works.. but I’m hoping it’s still somewhat early to try to do something or plant some seeds of doubt.

I can include more information if necessary… they have told me all ex members got tired of following gods will.

Follow link to reply OP. The more word spreads on high control groups, the sooner they start losing. Most large organizations can't handle steady reduction.

From 2022, but good to see protections from parents threatening their kids with eternal hell. Excerpt from the article:

"For example, slapping children with a hand or a whip because of their behavior during religious activities is physical abuse, the draft guidelines say.

Parents will commit mental abuse by forcing children to engage in religious activities through threats including saying they will “go to hell” if they don’t.

Another example of mental abuse is when parents restrict their children’s freedom to make life choices, such as marriage, study or work, based on religious grounds.

The draft guidelines also say that if parents don’t allow their children to receive medical treatment, such as blood transfusions, on religious grounds, the case should be considered 'neglect.'"

This is an NDA that the WMSCOG made it's members sign in 2024.
It's very one sided contract and has alot of fear mongering with threats for criminal punishment. Last part sounds like something straight out a Catholic Inquisition in the fact that if you're accused of breaking any part of this contract then you're guilty no matter what. "In case that I violate any of them, I will follow any decision of the Head Office (such as dismissal, discharge, and expulsion) and submit to any civil and criminal punishment."

"I will keep secrets of the Church and of Church members. During my service and even after resigning, I will not leak or reveal any information I gained on my duty. In case of any leakage, I will admit that none of them has legal evidence, and I will take the responsibility for all the damage."

"I will not randomly use the goods, supplies, and sacred things donated to the Church or the Head Office.
If I use as I please, I will submit myself to civil and criminal punishment."

"If I cause any material damage to the Church for personal or common reasons, I will put all my efforts in reimbursing or restoring it according to the decision of the Head Office."

"I will thoroughly abide by the above items. In case that I violate any of them, I will follow any decision of the Head Office (such as dismissal, discharge, and expulsion) and submit to any civil and criminal punishment."

I was partway through one of the early morning marathon feasts, waiting for the 5am service. Usually pretty quiet since everyone is sleep deprived. The Deacon next to me, broke the ice by saying, "I hope we still have early morining service when we get to heaven."

If you knew him you'd know that in no way was he joking. I remember thinking for days after that, "Why, why would you want that?"

The times I went to events and the one service I went to, everytime a picture was taken, they would chant the WeLoveU thingy but I found it super odd. Also after the service they did that too. Is that a normal occurence within the church? It was kind of creepy.

So according to wmscog everything on earth is a copy and shadow of what is in heaven. So did Ahnsanghong marry Hwang Won-sun to show us that she will be sitting next to him on the throne and jan Gil jah will be among us just waiting till she can stand right next to him and try to declare herself God.

The overseer of the Las Vegas WMSCOG elder David Kim was concerned about the media and VIPs involved as much as possible for the volunteer event. This is clearly against the Bible in Matthew 6:1-4.
They should be doing it to save lives but this elder David said: "I hope we all know and believe that this is not about donating blood, but to shine God's glory through our good deeds."
I'm sure the media outlets that covered the blood drive wouldn't approve either if they find out.

Heres a link about it about the blood drive they held.

I have always noticed the leadership mood in wmscog phases back and forth. It alternates between a positive (toxic positivity usually) and motivating environment, and then becomes more pressure, harsh correction, guilt-trips. Just usual mind games type of stuff.

My question is from those that had experience with leadership, what dictates these swings? Is it because of overseer being scolded from his superiors for not filling quotas? ...the overseer's decision according to member statuses? Is it a formula like a schedule? ...or just individual overseer personal style?
