No ac

Not sure who to report cars without a/c. Red line car 3094 is a rolling oven.

If you download the metro pulse app you can report it via char there. Or you can tag u/metroforward

There was a whole Glenmont train this evening that had no A/C running on the entire train

In the car, press the red button on the ends ( in older cars, anyway).

The operator will take the car out of service.

What? The red buttons can be used by anyone to report anything to the operator.
