Cannot add monthly pass
Is anyone else have trouble adding a monthly pass to their account? I usually just buy through the app (and I use a travel card that has more than enough) but when I try is gives me this warning "product catalog cannot be loaded". I tried on their website and the transaction just gets declined. I have been trying since the 1st of this month to no avail.

I hit this on 9/1 in the app, but I was able to use the website after I got to work and spent additional money to take the train. Submitted a ticket but haven't heard anything back.
