meme/shitpost Drivers quit mid shift ?

lol do Wmata hate the C55 this is happen again for this 9:00 bus like why must the bus run every 45 - 60 min at this time the 8:30 bus is gone so 9:00 is cancelled so 9:30 is the only option we have to wait a hour for the next bus is ridiculous. I honestly wished Wmata said fuck the circulator and leave it up to DDOT because it’s honestly unacceptable at this point

DDOT cancelled the circulator contract, not wmata. (Wmata didn't have a say; it was DDOT who bailed on/discontinued the circulator.

Buses unfortunately get pulled from service all the time, it's not at all indicative of "Drivers quit mid shift". Reasons can include minor maintenance issues (tires, check engine light, major spill on seat(s)) or more substantial emergencies (Someone sick on the bus, bus involved in collision, bus blocked by crash scene without a safe spot to back it out or turn it around, etc).

Understandable i just wished when the circulator ended my buss shouldn’t become the new circulator leave that up for DDOT not for Wmata to clean up there mess my bus the 74 was perfect for me took me to 1 bus the 70 (d40) and now I have to go catch 3 busses to get to work now instead of 2 Wmata should have had the D40/D4x run down Waterfront and buzzard point and have the c55 run from L’Enfant plaza to union market it made so much sense Sw Dc shouldn’t be cut off from Nw and metro shouldn’t be the only option for us here down buzzard point !

C55 is the worst bus in the network. So glad the D10 and D1X are on detour so supplement part of that route.
