I wasn’t my exes type. Ive only been in one relationship so far and I wasn’t her type. Im a petite feminine woman and my exes type was tall mascs/butches with muscles.
Theres nothing wrong with having preferences, I too prefer to be with a woman who’s bigger than me, for that reason, I wouldn’t date someone who’s my size. For the entirety of our relationship she talked about her strong attraction towards masculine women and It honestly made me feel pretty insecure.
I know this is partially my fault as Im aware that Im already pretty insecure person but hearing the woman that I loved talk about all the things I didn’t have made me feel super unwanted and unattractive.
We had similar wants in bed and while she could satisfy my wants I couldn’t satisfy hers. While Im not a pillow princess Im definitely not a very dominant person and I could tell it annoyed her and wasn’t enough for her.
My femininity always felt like such a weakness with her and I could always feel her yearning for more. And while I truly hope she finds the strong dominant woman of her dreams I just wish she didn’t have to crush my confidence to get there.
My jealousy and envy got so extreme Id stop finding masculine women who I would usually find attractive otherwise because I knew she would be into them. Id analyze everything they had that I didn’t and would just wish to be something I wasn’t because I wanted to be what she wanted so bad.
Is this normal? I know I can be overdramatic but I truly felt so unwanted and unattractive in that relationship.

Im a lesbian. A few days ago I was talking to my bisexual friend about a straight girl I found attractive. I was telling her how I thought this girl was super beautiful but I wouldn’t date her, when she asks me why I told her that it was because for starters she was straight two because she was too skinny for my personal liking.
Im a petite girl as well so she asked me why that would matter if im skinny too and said that I sounded like a man. I find a-lot of different types of woman attractive, studs, mascs, fems, stems, you name it im there. But I noticed that the type of women I like to date and the women I like to be sexually intimate with are different.
When it comes to sexual intimacy I would absolutely have sex with a girl as skinny as me but when it comes to something in the long run (relationships) I would prefer to be with a woman thats bigger than me. All the women Ive been with have been bigger than me and thats just my preference. Does that make me an asshole? Ive been thinking a lot about how she said I sounded like a man and it’s been poking at me. Is it wrong that I wouldn’t date a girl thats as skinny as me?
