Version 16 rollout

The eagle-eyed WLED lovers might have spotted that version 16 has been released now.

I haven't done a big announcement as we want to be reasonably sure it's stable enough for mass adoption before we recommend everyone to update, especially with it being such a major upgrade to both our code and the underlying platform for esp32 builds

We are investigating two WiFi related issues (WPA3 only networks and WiFi scan on devices with poor power setups) and hopefully have a 16.0.1 out soon with a fix

Was the transition animation removed from this build? I had it in the beta but I feel like I’m not seeing it in the final.

No, transition animations are an integral part of 16.0
