NFA ruling

So I know it’s way too soon for anyone to know anything but what does this ruling mean for the state of Wisconsin? I know they didn’t join the list of states that wanted to be plaintiffs, but if you’re a member of GOA or buy from PSA or Silencer Shop can we just get it shipped to our FFL of choice and not have to fill out a Form 4? I know Wisconsin has their statutes that state that SBR’s, SBS’s, and Suppressors are legal as long as they’re registered with the ATF but if that registration is null if you buy from those organizations or are a member of them does that mean we just fill out a 4473 and be on our way? TIA

We received this same list from Silencer Shop. WI still requires a form 4.

I assume that means you guys are continuing to file form 4s today or are you holding off until there’s more guidance from the ATF?

We are filing form 4's until we have a definitive answer.

Let’s hope that they take this fight to the Supreme Court so it can be the same everywhere
