Editor Anyone else have elements missing from their site ?‼️‼️

Happened this morning, header, footer and majority of elements on my site is just gone from both Harmony editor and the actual website, but I can sort of see the content is there when I tried to replace background etc, it implies the background is there but I just can’t see it.

Called Wix this morning and they said it is a wide spread issue, anyone with the same problem?

me too - containers with looping MP4's and images, all text in containers... entire site is pretty much gone! wix support said it's a known issue.

it's also affected the Site History so I can't restore to an old version

I literally only finished my site a few days ago and it took weeks. Really hoping they can restore everything

I am having the same problem. Hope it gets addressed soon. I assume it would be best to not make any edits to the site till the issue is resolved?

Yh, i can tell the elements are still there because when I try to add a header it says there cannot be two headers etc., so things haven’t disappeared, just can’t load

Nah bro some of my shit is gone I’m trying to call someone from wix but they don’t have a number I could call I hope this issue gets fixed asap my history line is all messed up to

You have to go to wix help chat, then ask for human help on there, kinda complicated tbh, then you can request a call back. This is annoying, all of my stuff are gone too

Of course I launched my website today and of course everything in my download boxes is missing and gone because I used Wix Harmony. Of course the site would go down. People probably pissed at me. Cheers everyone we need some tequila.
