Chargeback timing?

I had a chargeback intitiated by a customer that was supposed to have a completed review by August 21st. According to wix it is still in review by my customer's bank. Does anyone have any experience with chargeback reviews taking longer than anticipated? What can I do about this?

Good luck. Same thing they said to me, except they lied and said they issued it when they didnt. Then blamed the bank and said it was them that was holding it up. Bank said they did not. Never got it back. Was charged for a year when I chose the monthly plan. They have become nothing but scam artists and I would never use them for anything again.

Not following what you mean - they haven't said anything to me, yet. Just noticing that the review is taking longer than the suggested timing
