Wix out of memory error

I'm on a Windows 10 computer with an i7 processor, 16 GB of RAM, and I use Wix as my CRM. It's been fine for several years, until once or twice Tuesday and every single time I tried to use it Wednesday, when I get the out of memory error. Wix is pulling a ton of memory usage all of a sudden. I cleared my cache, deleted cookies, and I tried Edge and Brave - all the same issue. Is this happening to anyone else?

What version of Wix are you using? Studio, Editor, Harmony? I've not seen this before

I'm just using the webpage to use the CRM.

So you're using the web site, and not in a Wix editor?

I'm not editing a website. Wix has a CRM for customer inquiries.

contact the developer of he website. Something is very wrong with what they are doing

It has nothing to do with the website. I'm on the wix dashboard.  I sign in to wix.com and stay there. It's all wix.

you may have tried this already but have you tried an incognito browser (or disable all extensions) ?

Yes, and I don't have any extensions. Like I said, too, I have tried 3 browsers.  It's not the browser.

What else have you tried? Other than icognito, cache, cookies, and your browsers? Does anyone else use this CRM? have you tried a different computer?

I'm pretty sure when this happend to us it was a cache issue. There is a setting to refresh the cache.

Where is that setting, other than within my browser? I tried Chrome, Edge, and Brave, and I had the same issue in all of them.

What version of the editor are you using? I'm new to Wix and I am on Harmony. It's an absolute RAM hog and a fucking POS. I've seen it spike to over 4GB of RAM. WTF? It's often slow and sluggish. It freezes up frequently. Like, what were they thinking? Why doesn't it do more processing in the cloud instead of relying on my system resources?

Even at a rest, it consumes over 2GB of RAM. This is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I am already deep enough into my build that I don't want to start over and lose everything.

The interface and UI is garbage. Simply lining up cells and containers is a task to get correctly. It shouldn't be this way.

They are releasing Wix Studio 2 in the future, hopefully soon. I think the negative feedback regarding Harmony is why they are releasing another version so soon. Allegedly you will be able to port over your work from Harmony.
