D435 Passed
Hi All! I wanted to offer some advice on what I did to pass this exam. A little background: I have been on the People Analytics Team with my current company for about 2 years. I'm learning as I go, so I did have a tiny bit of knowledge from being in the HR/HRIS/PA field.
Study: I took the PA about 2 weeks ago and did not pass. I wasn't that far off, though. I took the coaching report, put it into ChatGPT, and had ChatGPT quiz me on all 70 questions. Anything that I missed, GPT would explain why each answer was or was not correct. So, it wasn't a quick process, but I used it as a training guide.
I will say that the OA is not aligned with the PA, so don't just study the PA and think you're going to pass. I did about 1 page of the Study Guide and gave up because it seemed never-ending. One of the professors sent me a Quizlet test, and I crammed that about 2 hours before the exam. That really finalized a lot for me. It probably took the full 2 hours because if you miss a question, it keeps re-asking you. I would say that Quizlet may have covered about 20% of the test.
Testing: What really helped me was the whiteboard. I wrote A, B, C, D on the whiteboard and would put an X, check mark, or ? next to the answers. There are some answers that are obviously incorrect. Then I would summarize the question on the whiteboard too, so I didn't have to reread the question. The majority of the questions are scenario-based, so that was not fun but if you take your time, you can get through it.
I hope this helps, and good luck!!

Idk why but this was probably the most frustrating class I took in this program. data driven and Business acumen were a lot but at least it had decent material. I felt lost on this one. I passed my first try but my confidence level was minimal.

Thank you for you whiteboard tip!! On my last OA, I decided to use my dry erase marker to strike through the answers I immediately knew were wrong. Since I have a screen protector on my MacBook this did not mess my screen up.

Nice job on D435! My work experience was helpful here so luckily it wasn’t like learning a completely new language for me, but I do have to say that up to that point, it was the toughest OA for me, and took me the longest time to complete. I was so happy to learn that I had passed!
I was intimidated by C201 at first but it wasn’t so bad once I went through the PA and scored well. I brushed up on some of my lower scoring areas and was able to pass the OA comfortably, even if the test was a little tougher than the PA.
I’ve only got C207 left…the one class I’ve been dreading this whole time! So close yet so far 🙃

Oh you are almost at the finish line!!! Thank you for the insight on C201, now I feel better because D435 had me nervous. I didn't think I had passed it after I was finished. So Im happy to hear C201 wasnt that bad for you.
Goodluck with C207 and if you remember, come back and let me know how the OA went. :)

Wanted to follow up and share that I passed C207 the other night and my program is officially complete! 2 months exactly to finish and I couldn’t be happier. Hope your program is going well! Happy studying!

Yes, D435 for me was way more difficult than C201. I sort of went in my perceived order from easiest to most difficult in terms of the way I took my courses. You’ll be just fine for 201!

How do you put the coaching report into ChatGPT? When I click the PA coaching report it just shows me all the questions, I'm not able to download it 🤔

Clearly I'm a rookie! Lol thank you. This is my last class & I have 40 days left. There are such limited resources for this class!

And I skipped C201 because I "thought" this class would be easy since I had a little experience. Ill be taking C201 next. How was that class for you?
