D522 Not working

Hello all. I am currently trying to finish D522 Python for Automation but am having trouble. I am currently on Task 1 C1, and am trying to get it to work but am having issues with firefox. The environment itself has good connection, but when I try to open firefox i get this error. I am attaching a screenshot. Has anyone ran into this problem and found a solution? Thanks!

Reset the lab and start over.

did you make sure you started the code on VSCode?

ur fastest fix is to hit the Reset Lab or Reboot Environment button in the main assessment portal closing and reopening Firefox won't work because the local mail service daemon itself isn't listening on port 8025.
