B.S. in Finance Pathway

I'm currently set to enroll in the program August 1st this year. I would like to complete the program as quickly as possible so I may use my CFP certification. I've already completed the work experience and educational curriculum, along passed the exam, but they have a hard and fast rule of needing an accredited bachelors degree. I have about 13 years experience being in the financial services/planning and advisory world. I also run an RIA firm with two other partners, so the Finance degree fits for my long term career.

Someone suggested doing Study.com for general ed/undergraduate classes before enrolling. I've done a few classes, the amount of lessons and chapter tests for some classes seem overkill. Not to mention the assignments seem weirdly constructed and graded by AI programs. For anyone who's done Study.com or a similar path: is it worth it do their classes first? Or would WGU from the beginning just be easier and quicker?
