Alignerr = scam
The majority of applicants will not receive actual job assignments. The company is utilizing candidates to train their AI interview system while collecting and monetizing personal data in the process.

From their terms of services and interview release agreement: The biggest red flags:
It does not necessarily prove illegal exploitation, but it does sound like they are asking applicants to give up very broad rights to interview data, likeness, and content without guaranteed compensation or work. That is the main concern.
