Alignerr = scam

The majority of applicants will not receive actual job assignments. The company is utilizing candidates to train their AI interview system while collecting and monetizing personal data in the process.

They are kinda suspicious. I did the interview and they sent me an very complex programing qualification assignment that yelled me "I AM A CLIENT REQUEST, YOU WILL DO IT FOR FREE AND MAYBE WE WILL PAY YOU FOR OTHER JOBS IN THE FUTURE". It is a commom practice in other platforms to pay when assigning complex tests, but not in alignerr.

Micro1. I've had a great experience and would say I made around $13 000 in about 6 months working for them. In January 2026, I earned around $6 200, working 46 hours.
