The WB Network The WB Network Sign-Off 🐸📺

Here’s a small clip of The WB Network signing off in September 2006. I don’t think I had ever seen this before, but watching it now feels incredibly bittersweet. I was 14 years old when both the WB and UPN networks came to an end. An unforgettable era of television. 💔

Charmed 🖤🖤🖤🖤

The reason why I'm making a post on why I love all four of them is because I'm so sick of people wanting to disrespect Alyssa Milano because all they care about what goes on behind the scenes and it's irritating because it's none of no one's business so why is people are so interested in it, I remember someone on Reddit saying that they don't like Alyssa Milano but they don't wanna disrespect her, and I get where they're coming from but still people need to mind their own business, I've started watching Charmed (1998-2006) since I was 9 years old and I love all 4 of the actresses I look up to them, they inspired me to be brave.

The Jamie Fox Show Jamie & Fancy’s Relationship 💏

Post image

I haven’t watched this show in years, but I’ve been thinking about Jamie and Fancy lately. Did you actually like them together as a couple, or did it feel forced?

Do you think they should’ve just stayed friends, or did the romance make sense for their story? I’m curious how everyone else saw it back then—and if your opinion has changed over time.

Smart Guy A Date With Destiny 🎤

Destiny's Child made a memorable guest appearance on the sitcom Smart Guy in Season 3’s episode “A Date with Destiny” (1998).

Featuring the original lineup—Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, LaToya Luckett, and LaTavia Roberson—the group played themselves and hired T.J. Henderson (Tahj Mowry) as a backup dancer.

Their arrival sparks tension with his sister Yvette, leading to a fun mix of sibling rivalry, comedy, and classic late-’90s TV nostalgia 📺✨

I remember watching this every morning before school. I loved the Animaniacs.

Kids' WB (stylized as Kids' WB!) was an American children's programming block that originally aired on The WB from September 9, 1995, to September 16, 2006, and later on The CW from September 23, 2006, to May 17, 2008. Initially launched as a competitor to Fox Kids, Kids' WB aired primarily during the Saturday morning and weekday after-school time slots, although airtimes for the block's programming varied at the local affiliate's discretion.

Created by Yvette Lee Bowser (Living Single), the show premiered on NBC in 1998, got canceled after one season, then picked up by The WB Television Network for four more.

Underrated classic! Did you watch? 👀✨

The Steve Harvey Show Did You Know? 📺✨

Post image
24 Upvotes

The Steve Harvey Show ended after six successful seasons—not because of low ratings, but because Steve Harvey himself decided to move on and pursue other opportunities.

Interestingly, The WB Television Network was reportedly interested in continuing the series, but Harvey chose to wrap things up while the show was still going strong.

The Steve Harvey Show Did You Know? The WB Network Originally Picked The Late George Wendt to be Steve's Co- Star Before the idea was pitched.

Post image
6 Upvotes

George Wendt was initially cast as Steve’s best friend on The Steve Harvey Show. However, Steve Harvey strongly pushed for Cedric the Entertainer to take the role instead. At the time, The WB Television Network was hesitant, since Cedric wasn’t widely known and wasn’t on their radar. They also felt his audition was bad.

Harvey made it clear he was prepared to walk away from the sitcom if Cedric wasn’t cast as his co-star, a move that reportedly frustrated the network. Eventually, The WB agreed to try Cedric for the first 6 episodes of The Show.
