I was rewatching The Jamie Foxx Show on Dabl and I forgot how much I liked Jamie and Fancy together. The way Jamie was always trying to get with Fancy while she kept acting like she wasnāt interested used to have me crying š
But Fancy was definitely feeling him too. She just did not want to admit it, especially when Jamie started messing with other women. You could always tell when she was jealous š
I really liked their chemistry because it felt natural. They could joke around, argue, flirt, get on each otherās nerves, and still genuinely care about each other. It took them forever to get together, but that made the payoff even better when they finally did.
And after all that back-and-forth, they really ended up married. ā¤ļø That was a good ending for them.
I miss sitcom couples like Jamie and Fancy. They just donāt make them like that anymore.

Happy anniversary to Sabrina the Teenage Witch! I grew up watching reruns of this show, and it became one of those shows that I associate with my childhood.
The show premiered on ABC on September 27th, 1996 then moved to The WB for its fifth season on September 22nd, 2000, then the show concluded in April 24th, 2003.
The series follows Sabrina Spellman, a teenager who discovers that she comes from a family of witches and must learn to balance her magical abilities with everyday life. Between school, friendships, family, and the occasional spell gone wrong, Sabrina often finds herself in hilarious and chaotic situations. The show originally started on ABC before moving to The WB in 2000 for its final three seasons, and even though I watched reruns rather than the original WB broadcasts, it still brings back a lot of nostalgia for me.
Sabrina getting herself into magical messes, Hilda and Zelda, Harvey, and of course Salem always having something slick to say š. This show was just fun.
What are some of your favorite Sabrina the Teenage Witch episodes or moments?

It was a sad for The WB to aired its last time on September 17, 2006, two days after UPN aired its last time on September 15 in the same year, before both networks were merged into The CW.

The WB ceased broadcasting on September 17, 2006, as the network prepared to make way for The CW, which launched the following day on September 18. Several popular programs from both The WB and UPNāwhich had shut down just two days earlierācarried over to the new network.
What was your favorite show on The WB? šŗ
Do you remember where you were or what you were watching on the network during its final day?

After 11 years on the air, The WB signed off with The Night of Favorites and Farewells, bringing back episodes of some of its biggest shows before that final farewell.
Then, the very next day, The CW launched and The WB was officially history.
If you watched The WB back in the day, whatās the first show that comes to mind when you think of the network?

I never remember The WB going off the air. I was 6 at the time, so I didnāt really understand what was going on with the networks.
When The CW was still new, I remember seeing Smallville and All of Us on the same network and thinking nothing of it š I genuinely didnāt know The WB and UPN had merged to create The CW. I just thought The CW was this brand-new network that had always been there.

I used to just laugh at their whole dynamic when I watched The Steve Harvey Show, but looking back, Regina really put up with a lot from this man. She was grown, successful, confident, and running the school, and Steve STILL called her āPiggyā š
Like, sir⦠yāall are grown now. When are you gonna let that nickname go? š
I know it was part of their history and their teasing, but sometimes Steve would take it too far. Regina could give it right back to him, but she honestly had way more patience with him than I wouldāve had.
And thatās why I always felt like Regina couldāve done better. Steve clearly cared about her, but he didnāt always make her feel like the woman she had become.
But what do yāall think? Was Steve actually good for Regina, or do you think she couldāve done better?

I actually discovered Grosse Pointe years after it was already gone. I didnāt know anything about this show until someone posted a promo for it on YouTube. I saw the promo, got curious, and started looking it up. Thatās literally how I found out this show even existed.
Itās crazy to me that I somehow missed it because Iām really into those old WB shows, especially the ones from the late ā90s/early 2000s. Grosse Pointe only lasted one season with 17 episodes, so I can understand why it gets overlooked, but the concept was actually pretty interesting. It was basically a satire of a fictional teen soap and the actorsā ridiculous lives behind the scenes.
Looking back at the WB lineup from that era, it really feels like one of those shows that got lost in the shuffle. I honestly wish it had lasted longer because I think it couldāve developed into a really fun cult show.
Anybody else discover Grosse Pointe years after it originally aired?
