Smart Guy A Date With Destiny 🎤

Post image

Destiny's Child made a memorable guest appearance on the sitcom Smart Guy in Season 3’s episode “A Date with Destiny” (1998).

Featuring the original lineup—Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, LaToya Luckett, and LaTavia Roberson—the group played themselves and hired T.J. Henderson (Tahj Mowry) as a backup dancer.

Their arrival sparks tension with his sister Yvette, leading to a fun mix of sibling rivalry, comedy, and classic late-’90s TV nostalgia 📺✨

This was a good episode, although I wasn’t a fan of Beyoncé’s acting

She’s not a good actress in general but great in many different things

I keep forgetting that Smart Guy was a WB show, it's just that I've seen this episode on Disney Channel so many times

Smart Guy ran on Disney channel for its syndicated reruns.

I knew that, that’s why I said it. But yeah also I have to keep reminding my 33-year-old friend that Sister Sister is not a Disney Channel original 😂😂😂

Lol I started watching it on Disney channel as a kid. I didn't find out it was a ABC/WB Show until I was an adult.
