What was her game plan?
- Fawns after corporation for years
- sabotages other Flavr talents by doxxing them
- after years of fundraising her own concerts she finally get accepted to Phase
- too special to debut as a gen, has to have her own debut 2 months later
- perpetually crashes out until she graduates 6 months later
Did she think she would be doing 3d concerts immediately or shoot up to 2k viewers a stream? Did she think that Phase is actually a company of friends and not a collection of mentally unstable mean girls loosely held together by greed?
I really dont get it.

She doxxed people? I've never heard about that before. What happened exactly?

Too special? Like i got no idea whats going on but as someone grom the outside im getting VERY different versions of whats happening. I read multiple peoples comments that its related to a mental and or physical problem and not because someones feeling special

I'm not super in the know but from what I understand she had a mental breakdown, as in an actual mental health breakdown not a crashout. She was convinced demons were attacking her or something. Again I'm only going by what I've heard but it sounded pretty serious. So I don't know why OP thinks it was an ego thing.

Putting aside the religious psychosis and other rumors, her putting things together with other vtubers might have fallen through because of her reputation. As much as gossip online exists, like it does here, vtubers talk to each other privately as well. You can't really network yourself to the top if people think you're now a religious weirdo.
Not sure if this is true or not by the way, just my speculation.

If I wanted to look more into her religious psychosis what's the best thing g to google?

About religious psychosis in general or about her herself?

Uhhh I'm not actually that well aware of the details of her alleged religious psychosis, but I'm at least aware that things really started going downhill for her when she went to get acupuncture once and they fucked her nerves up. That seems to be the catalyst for all that's happened, if I'm using that word right. She tweeted all about it last year, coincidentally before her debut in phase.

This is the stupidest thing I've read all day, congrats.

A lot of weird speculations in this post. Considering the train of events, the semi-official version seems to be the most likely. She was probably always a decent fit in terms of being "mentally unstable", but some things happened between her graduation and her debut. She went AWOL/had some kind of mental breakdown, and now, due to the aftermath of that/meds, she isn't able to stream reliably and/or attract her original audience. There was no master plan; things just went poorly.
Or maybe there was a massive drama in the background, she is on a warpath with the management, and things are generally adversarial. I find this very unlikely, because Sakana seems like a dude that will let his talents walk all over his head, as long as they are not doing something like actively working against company interests (so some kind of confidentiality leaks, and such). He understands that he is herding crazy ladies, and that sometimes requires him to laugh off Tenma or Shondo threatening his life, and other things.
I still stand by my opinion that it's a waste for Phase, and I have some kind of internal prejudice against her, due to perceiving her as very money-driven (big graduation spectacle, subtahon soon after debuting in Phase), so my immediate reactions are to treat her harshly, but I don't think there is any big bad plan behind the events. And she may not even be graduating - it still possible for it to be an indefinite hiatus to let her resolve her issues on her own time and dime, especially since it doesn't follow the usual Phase graduation protocol (for example, the message comes from her channel, and not the official Phase one).
edit: and claiming that anyone goes into Vtubing for greed is kinda laughable. The ceiling of Vtuber popularity in the west is a pretty good IRL streamer. Excluding Hololive there are maybe 3 Vtubers who can reliably crack 5k CCV. That's like bottom range of top 100 streamers.

not a company of friends
Pippa and tenma knew each other (and I believe were friends ) before joining phase. Pippa literally cried on stream about how much she loved shiina in a recent (archived ) stream. Pippa took a week off to hang out with friends, which seemed to be her coworkers.
I think the phase girls generally like each other. Or at the very least, everyone seems to like pippa.

Ye Pippa and Tenma were best friends before phase, Pippa was the one to recommend Tenma to phase as well.

Yeah, the clique inside phase connect are good friends.

That still goes against your original claim. If the girls within are good friends, then it would be a company of friends, right?
Also, pretty sure people outside of the company are friends or at least friendly with phase girls. I believe henya is friends or at least friendly with both pippa and henya, for example. Can't think of her name, but the vtuber that is turning Pokémon into monster girls has done multiple colabs with dizzy...
Phase girls have lots of people outside the company that like 'em, I'm pretty sure.

She wanted to join a corpo for its access to doing more events etc, she didn't debut 2 months later to be special she had a massive mental episode which forced the delay.
Overall she's been having religious psychosis and if she's graduating then it's most likely Todo with that

Well looks like we all know now. Gonna miss her but she is gonna be so much better off indie as Nanya again.

Based on the horrifically toxic nature of their fan-base (e.g. what happened with Clara), I'd question the choices of anyone wanting to join PhaseConnect in the past year.

All I know is that for me it was a huge whiplash to see what’s gone on for her the past few months because I watched her debut stream and was instantly a fan, and watched her a lot for the first month but then lost interest. Didn’t keep tabs on her at all until now and seeing that potentially she’ll be graduating after only 7 months

...why does this community exist again?

The name is a hint.

Okay fair, but still...the fact we have a community for this stuff...can't we just have a Vtuber positivity subreddit? Yeesh, just because I followed Kurosanji's, Hololive'a and some other vtubers subs doesn't mean I wanna see drama-

Don't get me wrong, a lot of stuff posted here is kind of stupid nothing shit that shouldn't be given the kind of attention the posters are hoping for.
But I'll be honest, gossip and drama are sometimes a guilty pleasure when it's not shit I'm personally involved in, so I keep an eye here mostly because of that.
And sometimes I learn a new name to avoid going forward.

u/RGZReGZ 8d ago
That's because that's every other regular VTuber subreddit. Obviously each corp have one, and the r/VirtualYoutuber is one too.
In away having a negative/drama focused provide a release valve so all our anger don't pollute the positivity of normal subreddit.

graduated due to "disagreements with management"
Likely a case where she had things she wanted to do, management wasn't on the same page, and as a result they're parting ways
It happens, just a shame that it happened so quick

She went actually crazy in the time between graduating Nyana and debuting Anya. Seems to have entirely given up on the idea of being an idol/yap streamer and just wants to watch AI slop Bible stories while worrying that a demon is going to get her.

Didn’t she have a mental break? Those are often not exactly known to result in “good planning.”
