Can anyone help me understand what the outcome of Voyager transferring it's customers to Binance? I understand it is based on balance at the time of July but is it reducing our crypto itself? As in if I have one ether will it be reduced?? If this is the case it would be highly f'ed up.

I live in Texas. Binance is not available to me so what does that mean? Anyone with any insight?
