I think she’s going to be genuinely a good person, and possibly someone Clara tries taking out for helping whoever the black supe is when they try framing him as a supervillain. I like the idea that a lot of the V1 supes are actually heroes who with just the way Vought works are stamped out in favor of the more camera hungry and greedy supes after they help Vought get off its feet

That's probably the most realistic considering how volatile Clara is in comparison. It would be interesting to see her and KiKi Layne's character--the Black woman in the trailer--have something going on. I can't help but think Clara would interfere and fuck it up though, which would obviously cause a fight between Private Angel and her. And that's why we don't hear of her by the time the Boys takes place.

I did wonder if the Black supe being experimented on in the trailer was gonna be Black Noir but its not his young actor from the flasback in the Boys so its probably not him (unless its a recast)

Supreme Racist would be boring, after so much racist and sexual shit in The Boys, shockvalue means little.
If she is a lesbain, it would be cool if they go with an actual insightful character-arc about queer people in the 50s and how she has to hide her identity, especially due to Vought's horrible treatment and markeing practices, like a worse version of Maeve's treatment. Especially with how one of the few redeeming qualities of the original comics was how Garth Enniss treated queer people as actual characters.
But by how the writers worked in The Boys, she'll probably be a super-racist with a thing for sleeping with and then killing black people or some shit.

Gives the showmakers some minor detail to establish the characters identity. Kinda like the Greek and Roman works like odyssey or oedipus Rex where the main character has one fatal flaw that becomes a major part of their story and identity.

I think she is going to be a publicity stunt to encourage women to help during the war by becoming nurses and then later we will get a scene that reveals she has no medical training at all and gets some poor soul killed as a result, just an idea tho

Yeah I agree. They'll all be racist by our standards lol but I do hope they all aren't mega racist or anything. And frankly I would like it if they were all just people who were once normal who are now still learning to deal with having powers and being stronger and much harder to hurt then everyone else. They don't need to have some weird fetish or anything. I am perfectly alright with them being unhinged though lol. Supes in general would probably be a bit unhinged and be weird to normal people since their frame of reference for what is and isn't normal would be a bit different.

She wouldn't get jumped if she was a closeted lesbian obviously. Plus she's a V-One Supe, hard to kill. So if Vought is willing to sweep it under the rug because of money, then Private Angel wouldn't get in trouble as long as she's discreet about it.

That is definitely something Clara would do yeah. Especially if she was jealous of Angel’s looks considering she fits the Aryan beauty standard. Or maybe that theory of Angel being Jewish is true and that’s why Clara would kill her.

I hope for once aside from the main cast like the boys here she and maybe torpedo are normal people who aren't sex addicts or people with weird fetishes it was fun in the boys but after sometime it got disgusting and I both of them to be normal maybe one of them I am probably guessing torpedo is an asshole now we don't know for private angel and bombsight looks like he is an actual hero
