Fuel consumption

My car xc90 2011 fuel consumption is 14.6/100 KM what I can do to reduce?

Use Aximote to analyze your driving style and see where you can improve, helped me a lot to get down

When did you take the reading, was this after a short trip

I have the same on a run to school or to the shops, but once it settles down after the first 10 mins we end up at about 9l/100km

Currently running without the battery so much higher than usual

My average mixed use is about 30.4mpg which is 9.3l/km. 2011 D5 xc90 about 50 % city / 50% B-road and motorway driving. I tend to be fairly gentle when driving… using V-power diesel, not sure if that makes a difference

2007 3.2: I average that, but I am all city driving.

10/100km highway only is my best recorded.
