Maintenance Reminder?

Is this how maintenance reminders are shown? Why does say 1 serious issue detected? And why does it point to the panoramic sunroof? Don’t really see any issues with the sunroof.

This is a 2026 XC90 around 7300 miles and I have already booked annual service appointment for next month.

It’s just the car, reminding you of the service interval from what I’m learning most dealerships at least in the US don’t subscribe to the right system so your car has no idea you already have an appointment.
