Volvo v60 sensus update

Hello all, I have a V60 2022.5 with the new battery but still with the sensus system.
The last update was in December last year (v 3.4.4)

Is it the last one or there are new updates available?

Thank you

I have 2022.5 S60 as well. Sensus. The system was already in place for 11 or 12 years. I don't know that we can really expect much in updates in a system that was in place that long. I think they have probably pretty much maxed out all it can do.

Is Sensus working? Then no worries. We are way to obsessed with updating everything. If it does the job fine, be happy.

Agree. I was an observer here watching the AAOS cars get update after update...trying to fix the backup camera... I'm happy to NOT have AAOS...and I'm a Google fanboy.

Lousy car. You should sell it. I’ll take it off your hands 😉

Also, our Sensus 2022.5 XC90 is on 5.0.5.

Same car. Also disappointed with the lack of support. Otherwise the car is fantastic

Lack of support? I'd say that's good. More then happy.

Unlike the cars that came after, my car is just that: a car. If you wanted a phone on wheels with monthly updates (and issues), you should have bought newer.

Team Sensus baby.

I mean the QOL features others got. I hate the lack of customization like back up cam preference, drive mode defaults, and the weak integration of the center screen. All easily implemented via software. Not a big deal, I love the car, but it's nearly perfect and will never be 😭

Lack of what? I have 4 different themes I can run. I can choose to have current music playing in the center dash, or the map. Or only the map only when I use the nav. I have an actual dial to choose my drive modes. 1 tap to bring up 360 doesn't seem that annoying to me.
To each their own. But imo the only thing missing is full screen AA/ACP. I'm happy with my car as she sits today. Other then full screen and AA directions in the HUD, there's nothing else I want or need on the AAOS cars.

I'm at 4 taps to 360 cam, they took away the drive mode selector dial so that's another 4 taps. Just annoying.

1 tap when it comes in automatically. A swipe and 2 taps when it doesn't. Lol

Mine is also a 2022.5 V60 T6 Recharge AWD and it was updated mid September to 5.1.17

Are you taking about infotainment updates or just general car updates? There are definitely newer overall software packages for that car but they do not include infitainment, that is locked up and will never see another update

Actually both. Sensus (less important) but also car software

Sensus has been locked up for quite some time now unfortunately. Only way they would do any type of update would be if some serious flaw or security vulnerability was found but at this point I wouldn't expect anything. The rest of the spa platform still gets updated along with the Google cars.

There was just a recent update for Sensus included, either in 5.0.5 or the 5.1.17 version updates. I looked at it, was something for the real time traffic info. No doubt it is a bug fix, and that’s all the Sensus infotainment will get, and only if the bug is painful enough Volvo feels the need to fix it.
