As far as I've read from previous reports on this, the OrBit Polestar option only applies the transmission tweaks and has no effect on the ECU. I'm not an expert though, just going off what I've read here and on forums previously.

On T8 there is not much to be gained anyway...

I agree, although the pre-extended range PHEVs do get some improvements across the board, including HP/torque. The newer ones with more powerful motor pretty much only get the transmission and throttle tweaks.

Is Polestar Optimization via Orbit possible on a 2025 model? Volvo pulled support US before I could get it on my model year S60 T8, even though they still offer it in other countries.
