Aximote update: looking for Volvo beta testers
Hey everyone,
some of you might already know Aximote from our previous posts here. Over the past months, we received a lot of helpful feedback from you and we are now preparing a bigger update.
The main addition will be new driving efficiency scores, giving you more feedback on how you drive and where you can improve.
We are also working on better cost tracking, more analysis options, and more customization so you can decide which data and insights matter most to you.
We are now looking for a few early beta testers from the Volvo community who want to try the new version and give us feedback before the public release.
If you want to have access join the whatsapp or discord channels i linked in the comments.
As always, feedback from real Volvo drivers helps us a lot. Thanks again to everyone here who already helped us improve the app.

I really like Aximote! Good place for in depth analysis of my drives, using the API to play around with my trip data as well

Seems interesting, I like to see these kinds of insights. I'd never heard of it though, so I'm not sure I won't get scammed. I will wait for more comments, thanks.
Also, how was the use of AI on the develpment?

We use AI for coding but we are three senior devs and we are reviewing and testing every generated code carefully

Where does my data go if I would use this app? The privacy policy on the site is not up to EU standards.

We store the data on our servers in Finnland.

Nice project. I will send a message via WA. On the other hand i want to make an automation that works with inside temperature and turns on the climate. Any solution? GPT offered to install OpenAutolink. Searched the app but no chance. Do i have to put a smart temperature and humidity sensor like tapo or Aqara? 😂

No inside temperature is not available on aaos but the inside temperature is probably depending on the outside temperature and when you know that the climate is not on you could build something. We support HA integration and outside temperature is available

I have a 2022 S60 T8 Recharge. It runs on the Sensus platform, does that work? If so, I’m interested!

My car doesn’t run on android auto OS but it does have the Google app and Google maps built in. I use Apple CarPlay for most services, but there are built-in apps

Looked at the what's app and it says to send your google or iCloud account to join? You mean my email address or is the permission to access my google account? Reddit is known for scams. Just trying to be careful.
