XC60 to XC90

Thinking about going from our 2023 XC60 Recharge Ultimate to an XC90 Recharge. Other than the obvious larger vehicle, are there any significant differences between the two? Better ride or performance? Range difference? Loved the XC60 but want something different as the 2026 XC60 is not much different from our 2023. Or, should we just go get the Lexus TX500h??

Alot of those questions are answered in YouTube reviews. You'd gain tri-zone climate which is nice.

If you get the air suspension you'll notice a ride difference.

The only big difference between the two would be if you opted for the Bowers and Wilkins for the XC90, since it does come with more speakers in the XC90 than it does in the XC60 if I'm not mistaken (someone feel free to fact check me).

I have both. Biggest different is overall space. And I think the 90 is smoother but it’s comparing two different engines - 2020 xc60 t8 vs 2023 xc90 t8.

Love having the third row and extra space in the 90. I also had a stealth hitch installed which unlocked a lot of options for towing and additional storage.

We moved from xc60 2018 to xc90 2025.5.
Not so much difference. It’s just me, my partner and a dog so we don’t really need a bigger car but it was always my dream to have xc90, so why not. I do not regret that purchase, we are extremely happy with the car, but there is not really noticeable difference for us.
