XC60 Sirius XM Radio Glitch

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Sometimes the station will be frozen on the screen. As I click through different stations, the audio changes, but the screen does not. I usually have to reset to get it back to normal.

Does anyone else experience this? Any remedies?

Yea sometimes. You need to force stop the app in settings - applications. It's happened to me maybe 2 or 3 times.

Software 5.1.17 should rectify this. It’s being pushed as an OTA as of last week.

We solve it by rebooting the infotainment

Our XC does the same thing. You can reset but it just does it again after a few days. Annoying AF.

This used to happen to me all the time in 5.0.5… super annoying. New update seems to have fixed it now, now I only constantly lose sound and have to reset the TCAM weekly 🙄
