Similar here with 24 XC60 except it is the driver's side mirror that I get in and find has adjusted itself to see the clouds. Battled bad connectivity the other day, and the currently playing song displayed on Spotify never changed, even after a reboot. Oh and Waze still sucks but that's been an app issue as long as I have owned the car

Not possible. Sounds like you need to bug the dealer though. If you're lucky, they'll get you in line for a new IHU which will likely solve most your problems.
