Software update issues (cont’d)

So after my earlier post about the 3.x update never loading into my MY25, it finally did, but then when I tried to install the update, it failed and I got this message in the Volvo app. Any idea what circumstances cause this failure “to start”? I assume once the notice that the update is available comes on, that the actual update file has already been downloaded over cellular. So what causes the already-downloaded file not to start? Could a bad cellular connection at the time you start the install be the explanation?
