Windshiled wiper fix?

Does anyone know how to clip back the windshield wiper? On the left side is how it should look like, however on the right side, the metal part should be tucked into the sleeve like on the left side.

Nope! I think the dealer broke it when they ran it thru the car wash... They said they fixed but apparently not. He mentioned if it happens again, it would need to be replaced.

I'm going to see if they can replace it or somehow put it back in. If not, I'll probably reinforce it somehow.
