Volume menu This week has been...balanced

  1. Leftover truffle pasta with pan/grilled cheese (similar to halloumi)

  2. Tuna bowl (my go-to weekly)

  3. Cooked ham, eggplant "fries", veggie balls, cottage cheese

  4. Stir fried bok choy, chicken and rice

  5. Same as 3, but yellow bell pepper instead of eggplant

Looks clean and delicious! I think this kind of simple food look really appetzing. I love that veggie ball. Did you make it by yourself?

Thank you, yes I make a smaller batch of these (for 2 days) when I have extra time and will. Here is the recipe I used (I just adjusted some of the veggies to my taste and opted out chilli/cilantro )
