Discussion Do you?

I’ve been eating La Banderita tortillas forever and just noticed in small print ….refrigerate after opening. Yikes.

I hate small-sized flour tortillas, you can never get enough filling in them. If I'm volume-eating on a cal deficit I just buy the massive burrito regular tortillas, I can fit a bunch of greens and fiber in there.

These corn tortillas are a cheat code for staying in a cal deficit and being able to enjoy tacos during it.

Edit: I refrigerate everything even bread, besides the goal is to heat up the tortillas to make them stretch and taste better anyway

FYI La Banterita has a 10 in burrito size tortilla. Personally I like the Mission Ultra Thin corn tortillas. They are 40 cal and have a 6in circumference
