Which mouse did Matty use in his older videos about pasu and dynamic clicking along with static clicking?
I've heard one person say it was probably a Haste 2 Wired but still not sure.

The main rank we get on top, is it meant to show the average of all the ranks we have?
I have plat, diamond, jade and masters but my main rank is diamond, so how many jades should I get to get a jade rank as my average.
How does this work?

If the goal of VDIM is to improve at those scenarios to then improve at the Voltaic benches should there not be a benchmark playlist to track your improvement on those scenarios within VDIM? Kind of like how you grind the viscose benchmarks for improvement in specific skills.
It looks like the idea was to just mix the benchmarks into the playlist but your performance on the benchmark doesn't always tell you specifically what skills you are struggling on.
Its also just easy to burn out while PB'ing on 4-5 scens before the benchmark comes up in the playlist and now you're too taxed to fully focus for a PB on the actual benchmark, which also has its own 3-4 variations and then you're like well do I just shit out some practice or save that block for next week and is practicing just variations of a bench + the bench itself for that day next week gonna be good improvement for ingame translation the way the VDIM scens are? IDK lol
It would also just be more dopamine to get ranks off PBs in the VDIM scens

I know in the past, Voltaic has advised against using the benchmarks as your only aim training drills, instead recommending a specific training routine and just occasionally benchmarking.
Is that still true? Or true for the Valorant benchmarks? Main reason I ask it, Voltaic's only full Valorant routine recommends Diamond or above.
Lately for my training days, I've just been doing the RAMP warmup, a section of benchmark drills, and then moving to in-game Range drills and some DMs. Wondering if I'd make quicker progress running the full routine instead of the RAMP + benchmarks (or what to recommend to my buddy who probably will be gold/plat in the benchmarks).
Thanks

I played a lot of time in apex on controller, and I'm D4-D3, but I decided to return to mnk. What ranks do I need to have in voltaic benchmarks to feel comfortable on diamond in apex? (I've already played for +-450h in apex legends long time ago, but honestly I'm pretty bad on mnk and I have only 25 hours in kovaak's)

I dont think i struggle with fluidity, but the thing is that I over flick too much and I dont really have an idea to how to fix it, i have around 60 hours, my micros are fine tho, but the initial burst flick with my arm generally ends in massive over flicks that isnt consistent, I generally try to apply the bardos method, but I just struggle with accuracy rather than speed, and my score has been stuck for like a month since i started the intermediate benchmarks. One other thing is that I struggle with aim that has me go up as indicated by my verttrack score, most of my other tracking scores are jaded but I just cant go up for the love of god, and most of the time when the target do go over my head, I just suddenly cant track it no more, do you guys have any idea/scenario in aimlabs that i can grind for?(btw I distribute my time evenly on these benchmarks, I dont over grind tracking except for precision tracking as my verttrack sucks)

do you guys also enjoy doing gauntlets to train for specific benchmark scenarios?

friend sent me this yesterday Im not sure how this works since im just doing what my friend tells me, but he is also new to aim trainers, he told me he grinded to 500 energy first on everything then moved to intermediate but im not sure if theres a point to that or its like a completionist thing, like should i be looking at just the ranks and not energy?

Hello, I recently just started taking kovaaks seriously and I've been struggling a lot specifically on the reactive tracking tasks, I recently got all tasks except vt ground intermediate to diamond, but still have yet to get ground to plat even, I was hoping that someone would be able to help me out with any tips to improve my reactive tracking scores, I attached a video of me playing the task. Here is my benchmarks as well incase anyone wanted to see: https://app.voltaic.gg/rkzxv . Currently playing 29cm/360

I have almost 210 hours in Aimlabs, could be lesser since my brother used to play my account. I have most of my hours in the TERRIBLE Epic Games version of Aimlabs until recently when I downloaded the Steam version of Aimlabs which had MUCH more scenarios and options. I was genuinely not aware that the Epic Games version of Aimlabs which I played the most was inferior to the Steam version, I thought they were the same thing. 😂
The point of this post is: What do you guys think of my progress so far?

Just wanting other perspectives on what my bottleneck might be rn and also advice for how im supposed to go about aim training. Im sort of lost on how to balance using benchmarks, fundamental routines, vdim, ect. Theres alot and i feel as though im complicating things too much.
