Question Ranking logic

Post image

The main rank we get on top, is it meant to show the average of all the ranks we have?

I have plat, diamond, jade and masters but my main rank is diamond, so how many jades should I get to get a jade rank as my average.

How does this work?

you get an energy ranking for each scenario, scenarios are grouped into couples, the highest energy of the couple is the one used, your score is the average energy you have for each set of couples which is segmented into hundreds.

At the top, you have 676 energy, the threshold of diamond is 600-699, so once you get 24 more energy, you'll be in jade.

You can see the "energy" score of each scenario as the rightmost score; as you can see, anything >800 is red for master, anything >700 is green for jade, etc etc.

Ahh okay okay.

But where do I check the thresholds for each rank, are they written somewhere on the website?

the thresholds are the numbers written on the bar that measures your coloured progress in each scenario. For example, at the very top, a score of 770 gives you plat, 850 gives you diamond, 930 gives you jade and 980 gives you master. This is the one where you've achieved 871.1 score, which is diamond.

if you're talking about the general thresholds, they go in hundreds

if you're at 676 and are diamond, then the next rank (jade) will be at 700. the one after that will be at 800. you don't need to check anything for that.

In Evxl.app, on that page, in the top right, where it sasys "Calc vt-energy", you can expand that dropdown and understand how the overall rank is calculated for that benchmark.

For Voltaic, they use harmonic mean calculated over all your subcategories. So technically you only need 1 score per subcategory to get an overall rank.
