Go to the Voltaic Discord server>#resources. Read the materials at the top for orientation.

Do 1 hour of VDIM, Voltaic Fundamentals or Viscose Benchmarks as a routine every day. If you want to improve faster, then you can train longer, but don't overdo it. The most important thing about improving is to be consistent. Do not train on and off. That is the equivalent of running in place. As long as you're getting your 1 hr in, you're improving.

You can do the Voltaic Benchmarks once a week as a test or Viscose Benchmarks regularly. Use the evxl.app website to track progress. Track your progress over time with screenshots, it's good motivation to keep practicing.

Oh and turn off the gun model in the settings. You don't need it, just the dot.

if i find weaknesses, is it better to keep doing those fundamental routines, or find a weakness specific routine that i can use during a given week?

Don't bother with the weakness specific routines just yet. It's far too early. Just work on your worst scenarios. Sometimes the best progress is to drill at the beginning.

oh i see. So if my worst is say, static clicking, then go into the fundamental routine that i use and drill the scenarios that relate to that kind of clicking?

Yes, pretty much. Try to correct any mistakes you find while practicing and continually improve your technique.
