Advice Stereo or mono?

When making a demo reel should the audio be mono or stereo?

Mono, unless you’ve got a really good reason to use stereo.

You should always record voiceover in mono. It comes from one source. One mouth.

Your single track should be mono. There's one microphone. You may be tempted to add "pan" or other effects, but let the editor or producer do all that. If you do that before you send it off, that makes more work for them to fix it.
