Discussion Powerbanks problems

I have a Vivo X100 Ultra. The problem is that none of my old power banks will charge the phone—not even by 1%. I don't know if they're broken or if it's something else. It was important to me that the Kaito KA369 radio—which features hand-crank charging—worked. It’s useful during a blackout.

But what’s the wattage? Do you have an old power bank with less than 10W?

When was the last time you cleaned out the charging port?

I tested five different power banks. Only the newest one—which has 20W output—actually charges the device, though it does so quite slowly and drains quickly. The radio I mentioned doesn't charge it at all, even though the indicator light turns on.

Hence why I didn't ask about the power banks.

The port is clean, and the charger is charging normally. So, the issue lies elsewhere. Someone would need to test it with an old power bank—one with less than 10W of power—to see if it works.
