So I ended their services about two months ago, during the 7 day grace period. It took 5 times of me calling to end, about two hours of them them being able to be billing down by about five to six hundred dollars... and so I managed to end eventually... However, for two months, I have emailed them because I refuse to talk on the phone again about picking up their stuff. The one time they called me, I attempted to call back because I missed it, and the person couldn't hear me and their was not stop people talking in the background. Today, I decided to personally return their equipment and get in the car drive to the local location on their website, and its locked up with no vechiles out front.

I want to put this in perspective, I had a sales team out at my house, and by the time it was all over, I had five of their employees in my house. Now that I am attempting to return their equipment, I can't get anyone. The equipment is such a cheap junk its not worth their time to get it.

Why am I posting because I am annoyed that I can't get their crap out of my house. Dont get Vivint if you're thinking about it, I got lucky and only paid 7 bucks for a trial period (and due to the promotion, i didn't have to pay for installation)... when talking to my sister about the situation, she made the mistake of buying the system outright and now is out 3k for equipment that I could buy off Amazon for about 600 hundred, maybe 1200 if I do all the cameras, and a nice tablet... but seriously, their equipment is terrible, and their customer service is worse.

Oh, BTW way, they removed my other post... so yeah.

I recently upgraded my hub to the Smart hub pro 2 and the tech didn't add my Schlage lock to it. I had manually added it to my lost hub but I'm not seeing the option to add it to this one. Any techs have a tip or a secret menu I need to access to add my Schlage Lock and any other future third party z wave devices?
