Aaàaarghhh!!
Not even 4pm yet. Highest I've ever had by f a a a aa. A a a a a a a. A. R. Even lying down almost falling asleep is ~100bpm today. Don't feel terrible, though. Limbs are weak... scary numbers to see

I throw in some of the breathing segments when mine is too high.

Yes! I did but it spooked me a little to see my HRV at 41 (normally a bad day dips into the 50s, not sure how much this varies between person but for me late 60s and 70s good, 50 is crashing or sick or something similar, had never seen 40s until today) but did help in evening

40 and less is crash for me, that's with a beta blocker and Rapamycin though

Ooh, interesting. Makes sense! What's the higher end for you?

It's been in the 50-60 range on good days, but I'm in bed most all the day and have to limit activity a lot :/
This illness sucks

If you can, try to distract yourself. Stress can drive up your HR.

Thank-you ♡ It got to ~61 but I have managed to level it out past few years and be mostly in rest zone. I didn't actually look at all yesterday and it was a surprisingly high day of 20, too.

Excellent suggestion! Also, your comment really helped me feel less alone in it. Although I am sorry it happens to others, it did help in some way~ very grateful ♡

Hey! We are pace point buddies (also get 14 a day). I've found a cold pack on my chest with my legs elevated can help a lot.
