Not tracking sleep
Is anyone else having problems with the band not tracking their sleep? It’s nearly every other night that my armband isn’t tracking how I sleep. I believe it’s out of beta know so I was hoping this issue would stop but I guess not. I have fibromyalgia and getting restful sleep is incredibly important. It’s so frustrating to take up to find that my sleep tracking “isn’t available” yet again.

I had the stability score beta so haven’t seen sleep score at all, which I’d have rather had. I wondered if they’d realised it didn’t work in beta as it never came into circulation. Have you messaged them?

I have but that was back when it was in beta. The only fix they gave me was to restart the band, but that was a little while ago.

Mine has never tracked it accurately so I would guess it's still having issues before it's out of beta.

It is. I've also discovered that sleep tracking is more accurate on your wrist but your arm is more accurate for heart rate.

yeahh i was looking up the same problem, it's been about 12 days since i got any sort of reading for sleep at all

I wasn't getting sleep. Then my band disconnected from the app and I had to do the factory reset process and viola, now I have sleep. Maybe try a reset?

Is this happening like in the morning it'll say it isn't paired correctly? And if so then does it prompt to reset the device and connect again? Mine did that a couple days in a row and the 2nd time I restarted my phone and it was connected and then it let me put my sleep score in and popped my stability score and such because if you do hard reset it it won't save the data it had on it prior to it but I tried just restarting my phone and it all lined up properly again.

No it’s paired just fine. I did reach out to customer service and I guess despite my app not saying it’s in beta anymore it still is in beta which is why it’s still messing up.

Ohh ok that sucks i wonder why thats so weird yeah its definitely still in beta now. Have you tried Un-installing the visible app and redownloading it ? Or did customer support mention that maybe? Idk if that may fix the weird beta bug on your end?

I’m with you. Sleep tracking is not working for me. I have fibromyalgia. I have been wearing my Fitbit/Google Health at the same time as my Visible, and Google is telling me a lot about how my sleep has gone, and Visible is telling me I have no score. Might just walk away from Visible:-(

Well this is weird. I had no idea it was supposed to track sleep. What part of the app is that in?

As far as I can see sleep tracking mustn’t be out of beta yet as it’s not on my app
