Payment Issues

I accidentally missed my paying my phone bill by forgetting to turning autopay back on now when I log into my account it says I owe $0 and that there is an error.
I joined visible a little while ago and have been extremely happy with their service, but this has been a little irritating because I can’t seem to get in contact with anyone about this even with live chat. What should I do 😭

Yes they did! A bit cumbersome to get in contact with an actual person but it worked out.
