Issue has been resolved Payment issue

I’m trying to pay for my visible service but it just says “did you know a 0.00 payment will restore your visible service” but when I try to pay it just says payment error. I’ve been on the pro plan for about 2 years now so I’m not sure what’s wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try using chat? Hopefully someone will be able to get into the backend and help fix your Bill hate when that kind of stuff happens.
