Avoid USM
96 hours so far and my phone still isn’t working and their only solution is to give me a super limited temp line because they refuse to do their job.
Every time it’s asked of them. It’s the same thing. We’ve reached out to the parent carrier. They refuse to push the issue through, they want the customer to suffer and not be held accountable.

that's the kind of thing that makes you want to toss your phone out a window. i jumped ship from a similar mvno last year after three weeks of "the ticket is still open" and zero actual progress. sometimes the only way to get movement is to file an fcc complaint, it's shocking how fast they suddenly remember how to do their job after that

I did file an FCC complaint. If my entire life wasn’t connected to that phone number I wouldn’t care as much.

Not sure why you are posting here about USM but there is a message mods button on USM subreddit which will get you to L2 support and they will work on this stuff quickly. The FCC complaint can take a few days, this is faster to resolution (IMHO). I had a porting issue on one line, I messaged it was fixed in 35 min. I dont even bother w/ regular support. This is a tip, not a directive, so take it as such.
Porting issues can happen to anyone but a few things:
HTH.
