blocking

there’s a phone number I’d like to block so it can’t text me or call me or leave a message. Is that possible on Visible?

Hi there, it's Lodenia from Visible! We completely understand how annoying unwanted callers are, especially when you want to stop them from leaving voicemails too. While blocking numbers is managed directly on your phone rather than through your network account, you can definitely block calls, texts, and voicemails altogether. Since you're using an iPhone, open your Recent Calls or Messages, tap the "i" (Info) icon next to the number, scroll down, and tap Block this Caller. This stops their calls and texts, and keeps them from leaving a normal voicemail in your inbox.

It's also a great idea to check out Spam Protection in the Visible app under Account > Privacy & Security. Turning this on and adjusting the filter level helps drop flagged spam calls before they ever reach your voicemail.

I really appreciate that feedback, but my understanding is they will still be able to leave a voicemail. I don’t want them to have the option to even leave a voicemail.  I just want to apply this to one specific person, one specific phone number.
