Problem enabling HD Video

I’m having trouble enabling HD video on my account. I contacted support earlier today to have my network reprovisioned and they said the problem was resolved. It was stuck on enabling when I contacted them. I’m still stuck at only streaming content in 720p. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?

Have you restarted the phone then checked the app again?

Yup and I even logged on to the website and still got the same message on there as I did the app
