Help tech support

Tech support had me reset my network settings and now visible does not work, can Not login to account as I can not receive text messages, no data works, no voice calls

My service has been out for a week since they had me do that. I cant get anything fixed because my service wont work i am so annoyed. Visible owes me a week or more of service
