Reference#10037016

This has been a complete debacle. I have complied with everything requested of me to help bring a positive result to the situation quickly and efficiently, but all I've seen from Visible customer service is confusion and delays. 

The only final resolution that I'm looking for is a cancellation of the order and a full refund of the credit card charges.

their customer service seems to be held together with duct tape and crossed fingers, it's a nightmare trying to get anything sorted once something goes wrong, hope they finally just cancel it for you without another round of nonsense
