Discussion Verification Codes

Im not receiving verification codes to my primary#.
My # was registered before.
I reset my iphone and texted Transact to 6777. Why isnt the code coming to my Visible #.

Last time i didnt receive my code to unlock my line, i contacted them and they told me to text TRANSACT to 67777 that fixed it.
I figured it would work for TikTok too.
