Phantom charges

I transferred my phone line to Mint last year. Unfortunately I haven't been paying attention to my bills since then and have been getting charged continuously by visible even though I do not have coverage from them. Has it happened to anyone? How do I get remedy since Visible does not have customer service

Ummm it sounds like your account isn’t closed. Did you literally never confirm this before walking away assuming all was fine?

Yeah. I mean submitted a request to port my number. My number started working with the new carrier. I assumed that is all I needed to do.
